Job Context:
We are searching the right candidate for the position of Head of Maintenance, having work experience of any similar manufacturing factory with strong managing capability, leadership quality, self-motivated and ready to take challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Establishment of Mechanical, Electrical, Safety & other utilities at factory.
Monitor maintenance operations and trigger corrective actions
Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance engineers & technicians
Ensure all compliance for factory as per high standard EHS regulations and practices on site.
Participate in coordination of projects (constructions & new establishments)
Conduct preventative maintenance work, conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work & safety inspections as scheduled.
Stay up to date with latest policies, management best practices and concepts
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.

Educational Requirements:
Minimum B.Sc in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
At least 12 year(s)

Electrical Maintenance, Engineering Maintenance, Installation and Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Operation & Maintenance

Additional Requirements:
Age at least 35 years
Proven experience in leading a large maintenance team in any reputed factory.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment & machineries.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and presentations.
The ability to multitask.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate people.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Good in planning and team player.
